Description

The magnetic level sensors of the SRF-381 series are based on the action of one or more reed switches located inside the tube where the magnetic float moves. The magnetic field activates the relays to reach the area for obtaining an SPST output signal. It has an application for the detection of one or more level control points. They are manufactured according to the needs of the process and the conditions of the application. Nivomat has 25 years of experience in manufacturing magnetic levels Lengths from 50 to 3000 mm, accuracy of 8 mm, fluid temperature from -40 to 125 ° C, maximum working pressure of 10 bar. Connection to the process: stainless steel AISI 316. Guide tube: Diameters 8 mm (29 mm float) or 12 mm (other floats). Maximum number of contacts 7. Non-coded options: Plastic floats (PVC, PVDF, BUNA, etc.) Tube and connection in plastic. High temperature up to 200ºC. Special connections Tropicalization Auxiliary relays for signal amplification.
