MASTER OF STEEL Confirming the international success of the concrete pumps 5RZ46 and 6RZ56 Superlight, SERMAC has decided to further complete its product range by expanding the Superlight line with the design of the new high performance concrete pump 6RZ60. With the term Superlight, we want to convey our specific design ability to create distribution booms in special high-strength steel S900 so as to obtain the best cost- performance ratio of the concrete pumps on the market. The new 6RZ60 machine pump has important technical advantages for the operator: New 60-meter distributor boom, with 6-section “RZ” folding system and 125 mm diameter concrete pipeline. The remarkable opening versatility of the boom offers maximum flexibility for concrete castings at large distances both horizontally and in vertical heights. In particular, the new boom allows to overcome all construction site obstacles, easily reaching the casting area and significantly reducing the number of machine positions. The machine mounts the top-of-the-range Valme o Esser- Werke brand double-walled concrete piping for the highest quality of supply. The new 6RZ60 is mounted on a 5-axle chassis (10x4) in compliance with the weight limits of the vehicle for a total mass on the ground within 45 tons. The assembly of the pump on a 5-axle truck has an optimal distribution of loads on the single axles, which has been specially designed to allow the vehicle to circulate on the road, respecting the most restrictive regulations of the European countries, thus
