CNC Plasma Router 2060 is solid and easy to use controls and software. The machine is designed to cut air plasma sheet metal, mainly steel, aluminum and copper. Plasma cutting ensures high accuracy and repeatability of the cuts. Cut elements do not require further treatment and can be given directly to the next stage of production, that gives us a high degree of automation. Fine Cut technology allows to cut thin sheets (up to 4 mm) almost no need to deburr. When using Hypertherm plasma units 125A can be cutting from the edge of the sheet up to 57 mm thick. The machine has a set of predefined geometric shapes (wizards), so that by introducing the dimensions can easily generate cutting program. Furthermore, the machine has a built-in memory, allowing recording both generated projects and copying projects with portable memory for later use. The machine control panel allows you to change the cutting speed during operation. Plasma Router was based on steel, rigid structure with a gantry and the water table. CAD / CAM software is attached to the machine. The price inludes delivery and training. The price does not include the cost of plasma cutting system.
