PRINCIPLE -
Catalysis (deoxo) + adsorption
The feed gas passes through a special catalyst to convert 2H2 + O2→2H2O. Then, water is adsorbed through an adsorbent layer.

Semi conductor industry, industrial gas industry, metal industry, glass industry, food industry, power plants, Nutrogen purification on ultrapure location.
