The Subtronic N is a gas treated with noble gases that has N2, HE, AR, KR, XE, NE. The impurities that can be removed are O2, CO, CO2, H2O. It has single ppb outlet impurity level and the principle can be either catalysis or absorption. The raw gases pass through a special catalyst and an adsorbent layer where impurities are removed.
