The features of PGE series planetary gearbox include standard backlash of 12 arc-min or less, quiet running, low temperature rise and service life lubricant. The PGE series is designed in one-piece transmission components concept, which features optimum sealing, large reverse rigid, high torque capacity, operation concentricity and zero slip. Synthetic lubricant maximizes performance and benefits maintenance free service life.
PGE planetary gearhead series are available in 3 backlash levels by ratio, and 7 frame sizes with flange installation. Transmission efficiency range at 1-stage ≥ 96 %, 2-stage ≥ 92 % with life time 20,000 hours. Mounting brackets are ready to any servo motor, or customized by demand.
