ProMetrix is offered in 10 standard sizes ranging from 40mm to 200mm and can be configured with Block, Cartridge, and Flange Cartridge housing styles. ProMetrix offers a large variety of options; bearing configurations, hybrid bearing types and styles, lubrication methods, spindle noses, belt drive packages, drawbars, and more. ProMetrix now includes designs for harsh environment and high speed applications featuring permanent grease lubrication. ProMetrix Custom Spindle DesignsProMetrix is the perfect match for custom applications, such as drilling, boring, milling, turning, grinding, assembly, winding or balancing applications that process metal, composites, glass, wood, and other processing equipment. ProMetrix belt-driven spindles are available for “high speed” applications; 12,000, 15,000, 18,000, and as high as 20,000 RPM with permanent grease lubrication, and optionally can be equipped with metered air/oil lube systems.
