Static-Mixer are mixing devices used for homogenuous mixing of several liquid and/or gaseous media. A mixing tube with inside welded mixing elements forms the static mixer. The mixing elements are specially designed for highest mixing degree at an extremely low pressure drop. Geometric shape and dimensioning of the mixing elements effect an intensive mixing of the media, to be mixed. Operating pressure and flow velocity determinate the mixing degree. The static-mixer is made for inline-mounting between two flanges. Custom designed mixers, larger sizes, coating/inliner or other material on request.
