The 570, 525 series are brass ball valves made by Sferaco. They are characterized as having a full bore, anti blow-out stem, solid ball and PTFE packing. The units may also have either a flat steel handle, or an aluminum butterfly handle. Its Dacromet coated handle nut is protected by salt spray and its marking on the body would show the unit's fabrication date and logo.
