The 1156 series is manufactured by Sferaco, and is a wafer-type butterfly valve that is integrated with a long neck for isolation. The unit also incorporates an ISO 5211 mounting pad. The body of the valve is rilsan-coated with a thickness that ranges from 250 microns up to 300 microns. Between flanges there is ISO PN10/16 from DN32/40 to 400 and ISO PN20 ANSI150 from DN40 to 400. It also has a full crossing stem, a detachable seat, and a lever that has up to 9 positions with a locking device up to DN200, but would not lock from DN250 up to DN300. The 1156 series has a maximum pressure capacity of up to 16 bar. There is an option for the stem to be extended up to 75 mm in length.
