The unit is a wafer type and is at 100% tightness, with flanges that is between ISO PN20 and ANS1150. The unit is safe from fire as per ISO 10947:2010, and has an ISO 5211 mounting pad. The CF8M disc is made from stainless steel, with the iron handle having 10 ductile positions and with locking device up to DN150.
The gear box has DN 200 to DN600, with the primer painting at EP-02 epoxy red oxide and primer RAL2012. It has a 10 pm thickness for carbon steel type, and the finish painting EP-04 epoxy finish enamel grey RAL 7045 has a 30 pm thickness for carbon steel type.
