Metal chip briquetting machine

Originally specialised in hydraulic and industrial filtration, over sevreal years S.F.H. has developed a complete range of machines and equipement for the treatment and recycling of machining chips, of sludges and cutting liquids. While most systems consisting of storage, grinders, and compactors, we also provide bin tippers, spinners and conveyers. Our chip treatement systems (steel, alu ou inox, titanium...) give machining professionnels two principal advantages over the control of their waste : - First economic saving : the possibility of filtering, recovery and reuse of cutting oils present in chips. - Second economic saving : the compactage, the transformation machining chips or rectification sludges in briquettes. At the same time, the user obtains a clean matierial, compacted and dried to 99,8 % where the resale price is much higher as it can be recycled in most founderies without further treatment.
