High voltage power output:
4. High-voltage display: The power supply has a high-voltage actual value measurement channel and outputs a 0~10V signal, which corresponds to 0~-60KV, which is input to the user as a high-voltage feedback signal.
5. Line regulation: input voltage change 10%, high voltage output change ≤0.01%
6. Static load regulation: load current between 0-51mA, high voltage output change ≤0.01%
7. Dynamic load regulation: load current 0-51mA step change, high voltage output change ≤0.01%
8. Output voltage ripple: ≤0.1%
9. Transient response: After short circuit or discharge, it will return to the set voltage within 50ms

Grid bias power output:
1. Output DC voltage DC0~-2000V, 1mA, voltage is continuously adjustable
2. Grid bias control adjustment: 2 control methods (open-loop control and closed-loop control, set the switch on the high-voltage power supply body or remote control interface)
b) In closed-loop control: automatically adjust the grid bias voltage to achieve the purpose of stabilizing the beam current, and the user output signal voltage is DC 0~3V, corresponding to the beam current 0-66mA
3. Beam current display: the power supply has a beam current actual value measurement channel, and the output DC 0~10V signal corresponds to 0~51mA. This signal is output to the user as the beam current actual value detection signal
4. Beam accuracy: In closed-loop control mode, the deviation between the given beam and the output beam is ≤0.2%
