High-voltage power supply output part (optional)
1. Output DC high voltage: 0~-Maximum voltage is continuously adjustable

7. Dynamic load regulation: load current 0-maximum current step change, high voltage output change ≤0.01%
8. Output voltage ripple: ≤0.1%
9. Transient response: After a short circuit or discharge, it will return to the set voltage within 50ms
10. Temperature coefficient: 25ppm/℃
11. Stability: After preheating for 1 hour, less than 0.1% per hour.
Grid bias power output
1. Output DC voltage DC0~-2000V, 1mA, voltage is continuously adjustable
2. Grid bias control adjustment: 2 control methods (open-loop control and closed-loop control, set the switch on the high-voltage power supply body or remote control interface)
a) In open loop control: user output DC 0~10V voltage signal corresponding to grid bias DC 0~-2000V
b) In closed-loop control: automatically adjust the grid bias voltage to achieve the purpose of stabilizing the beam current, and the user output signal voltage is DC 0~3V, corresponding to the beam current 0-66mA
