Remove more than 95% of SO2 and 99% of HCl in exhaust gas
It is widely used in municipal waste incineration, hazardous waste incineration, sludge incineration, cement plants, glass plants, steel plants coke ovens and other industries to remove acidic substances in exhaust gas, such as SO2, HCl, etc.
Working Principle
The raw material of sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) is uniformly sent to the grinder through the quantitative feeder in the lower part of the silo for ultra-fine grinding, and the product with particle size (D90: 20μm or the product size can be flexibly adjusted according to the need of deacidification) is transported by the high-pressure fan. Go to the flue gas pipe and spray it into the flue gas, and quickly produce a chemical reaction with the acid-containing flue gas. At high temperature, sodium bicarbonate decomposes into sodium carbonate Na2CO3, H2O and CO2. The newly formed sodium carbonate Na2CO3 has high reaction activity at the moment of formation, and can efficiently react with the acidic substances in the flue gas.
Chemical reaction principle of sodium bicarbonate
NaHCO3 + HCl → NaCl + H2O + CO2
2NaHCO3 + SO2 + ½ O2 → Na2SO4 + H2O + 2CO2
NaHCO3 + HF → NaF + H2O + CO2
