Standards: CJ/T189-2007CJ/T189-2007 Steel Wire Reinforced Thermoplastics (PE) Composite Pipes and Fittings, and MT181-1988 Code for the Safety Performance Test of Underground PE Pipes for Mining.
Performance features:
●Flame resistance and static electricity resistance: the anti-static and flame-retardant material is evenly distributed in the pipe body. The performance parameters of flame resistance and static electricity resistance are not to be affected by the long working time. It can be well applied in the underground fields where flame and exploration easily occur.
●Light weight and convenient installation: the pipe density is small, which not only is convenient for transportation and installation, but also can greatly reduce the labor intensity of workers and improve work efficiency whenused underground.
●Corrosion resistance and no scaling: especially suitable for being used underground to convey water also and water with calcium ion or magnesium ion etc, which can save the cost for corrosion resistance and scale removal largely.
●Self-lubricating: the inner wall of the pipe is smooth, thus the resistance is small when conveying the fluid. Under the same conditions, the conveying capacity can be increased by 30%, enjoying good flexibility and strong resistance to geological sedimentation.
●Good anti-aging and anti-fast cracking performance: the underground steel wire reinforced thermoplastics (PE) composite pipes for mining enjoy good anti-aging performance, are not easy to embrittle at low temperature, and have good resistance against rapid cracking; have good toughness, thus being able to effectively absorb impact; and have the moderate flexural modulus.
