Standards: CJ/T120-2016CJ/T 120—2016 Coated Steel Composite Pipe for Water Supply, and MT181-1988 Code for the Safety Performance Test of Underground PE Pipes for Mining.
Performance features:
●High pressure bearing and good mechanical performance: keeping the advantages of steel pipe, with high mechanical strength, and strong bearing capacity for external impacts such as impact bending ;
●Strong chemical corrosion resistance: having the advantages of plastic pipes, the plastic coating has strong chemical corrosion resistance. The products can be coated with flanges, and all kinds of pipe fittings receive the anti-corrosion treatment on internal and external coatings to ensure the anti-corrosion effect of the whole pipeline;
●Strong adhesion of coating: through pretreatment by special process, the grade reaches Sa2.5 before plastic coating. The quality of the coating is ensured by scientific and reasonable technology and advanced production equipment;
●Low fluid resistance due to no scaling: the inner surface coating is precision and non-scaling, thus the friction coefficient and the roughness coefficient are smaller comparing with ordinary steel pipes. The roughness coefficient is equal to that of the plastic pipes, i.e. 0.01;
●Various connection methods, installation: the products can be connected by various methods, including flange, clamp, bi-metal connection, and butt welding, which is convenient for installation;
●Good flame resistance and anti-static indicators: for the anti-static indicator, the resistance of inner and outer surfaces of pipes for gas extraction for underground mining is required to be not larger than 1×10
