Semi-Automatic BSB Oil Filling Machine This machine is suitable for all kinds of oil and viscous liquid quantitative filling requirement, which combined microelectronics intelligent control technology and process control system to achieve high precision and stepless volume adjustment, simple in operation. The filling nozzles are available for adjusting width of them and filling volume separately, suitable for various shape and size’s bottles. This machine adopts high quality stainless steel to meet GMP health requirement, durable and health, stable performance in long working time. Features: 1.TWO flowmeters equipped with TWO pumps To avoid the traditional type (one pump for many flowmeters) uneven pressure, low accuracy and splash problem of the last finished filling nozzle; Adjustment in dosage is more convenient and quick: volume can be set on touchscreen directly, considered that the lube oil is different in density in various temperature resulting that the volume setting is also different, so we have added an automatic temperature-compensated system. 2.Filling accuracy: Instead of the tranditional computing type of flowmeter through pulse generator, now promoted by our company, adopting Rotary Encoder, more accuracy. 3.Filling speed: Instead of traditional power delivery--pressure artesian flow, our machine adopts Frequency Converter to adjust the speed, four pumps equipped with four frequency converters, the efficiency highly raised. The speed can be arbitrarily adjusted on panel. 4.Adjustment,: Promoted by our company, the weight of filling can be set on the touchscreen.The equipment adopts automatic compensation system when error occurs.
