TCU is a precise temperature control module developed for pharmaceutical and fine chemical companies. It is composed of heat exchangers, circulating pumps, regulating valves, temperature control systems, pipes, and energy carriers; it is used to meet the needs of chemical synthesis, distillation, crystallization, drying, etc. The unit requires precise temperature control and complex temperature change. The TCU system is composed of a heating module, a constant temperature module and a cooling module, and the combination is optimized according to the user’s process needs. The equipment has functions such as data acquisition, status monitoring, real-time data processing, output control, historical data management, alarm monitoring, remote communication, and authority management.
