Spraying Cooling System is the most practical and effective cooling way for poultry house. It’s spraying the small water-drop (not water mist) to the cow back or pig back to wet its skin. Then, the water absorbs heat of cow or pig while evaporating into vapor to achieve the cooling function. This Spraying system mainly cooling down cow or pig itself temperature, not the cow house or pig house temperature. This spraying system is mainly installed in the Ingestion area, Resting area, Milking waiting area and milking area. It’s mainly contains water pipe network, water pump, electromagnetic valve, spray head and control device, like relay. Ventilation fan needs to be installed in the side direction to form a certain angle with the horizontal direction. This enables the largest spraying area. Since the spraying area needs to occupy 3/4 cow house area to achieve the final purpose. Following is the system working diagram. Specifications: Spraying special head is made of Excellent Stainless Steel, non-rust, high efficiency. Circle head design guarantees the largest and unobstructed flow passage, achieve the smallest obstruction. Spraying water drop is well-distributed in moderate size. Water inlet direction comes to 75°with water outlet direction. Spray head connection size is 1/4 inch. Spraying angle is 135°,flow volume is 1.9-3.8 L/min, Pressure is 0.7-3 Kg/cm².
