It is a horizontal, single-stage and single-suction, double- volute and cantilever centrifugal pump; • The pump is a radial split type pump with horizontal axial suction and vertical discharge; View from suction inlet, the pump rotates anticlockwise; The axial force generated during pump operation is mainly balanced by balancing holes, and residual axial force is supported by a back-to-back angle contact ball bearing at the driving end; The water-compressing chamber is designed into a double volute chamber structure which can eliminate radial force generated during pump operation; The shaft seal adopts a fast-loading mechanical seal with PLAN11 taken as the flushing scheme; O-rings, wound gaskets and metal face seals are adopted as static seal; The bearing is self-lubricated with thin oil, exterior oil supply loop is not required; air cooling is taken as the way of cooling down the bearing.
