This equipment is mainly composed of a pressurized gas circuit, a corrosive environment container (test kettle), a preheating system, a heating system, a cooling system, an equipment stand, etc. The pressurized gas circuit is used to continuously pressurize the gas source and pass the pressurized gas into the high-pressure container. The excess gas in the container is released through the pressure regulating components such as the unloading valve or back pressure valve on the gas circuit to maintain the gas pressure in the container. By pressurizing the gas medium in this way, the flow rate or flow of the gas can be adjusted and the ventilation function can be realized. The preheating system is used to preheat the gas output by the high-pressure pump. The heating system usually uses a split-type heating furnace, which is coated on the outside of the metal kettle to heat the medium in the kettle.
