Description

The use of water-water heat exchanger is parallel and series combine cooling water from all kinds of main units and auxiliary equipment into a closed circulation cooling system. The products manufactured by SAP covers all kinds of water-water heat exchangers which used in the ultra-supercritical, supercritical, subcritical and below thermal and nuclear power units, covering the parameter from 50 MW to 1350 MW , including horizontal straight tube and overlapping horizontal straight tube arrangement type. Products are used in Pakistan Chashma 350MW nuclear power plant; Yangxi 1240MW, Waigaoqiao 1000MW, Vietnam Quang Ninth 600MW, Yangxi 600MW, Baosteel 350MW, Indonesia KIM 150MW, Philippines GNPower Kauswagan 125MW fossil fuel power plant. Adopted with two-step cooling method and indirect cooling instead of direct cooling so as to control the performance index of the closed circulation cooling system, to improve operation condition, to raise the service life and the efficiency of main unit and auxiliary equipment and also to ensure safety operation. With mature and reliable design, manufacturing processes and non-destructive testing technology. With safe and reliable, stable operation characteristics, equipment performance has reached the domestic advanced level. SAP as one of the dominated manufacturers in designing and manufacturing the auxiliary equipment of thermal and nuclear power units, has reliable product quality, excellent performance, and excellent reputation among customers.
