Application: This coil master packing machine is with two blocker roller station specialized for orbital wrapping of steel coil, to make the package dustproof, well protected and decorated. Installation： Place the machine on the flat ground surface. Features of the machine l PLC & HMI are adopted interface operation. l Orbital wrapping system. l Two Shutter cross the ID of coil packing. l Wrapping machine automatic right and left positioning for packaging. l Manual and automatic working mode can be choosing. l The converter is adopted to adjust the overlap of the packing tape according to requirement. l Simple operation by imputing OD. ID. width & corrected parameter of coiled metal. Other parameters will be set automatically. l Height of the turning ring could be adjusted for center positioning according different OD by motor. l Wrapping position reset function. l Sensors for trolley positioning l Guardrails, soft starts and stop for safety operation. l Two layer: stretch film + opaque film wrapping l Packaging tension is adjustable. l Automatic material cutting and feeding system. l Indicator alarms automatically when trouble occurs.
