Joyal's ZYM80 Roller Mills are primarily utilized for applications that involve the super-fine grinding operations of materials, with hardness values of <6 (Moh's scale) and humidity levels of <6%. Some of these materials include kaolin, limestone, calcite, marble, talcum, barite, gypsum, dolomite, bentonite, mid, mica, pyrophyllite, sepiolite, diatomite, graphite, fluorite, and more. Granularity rates of the finished elements ranges from 325 to 2,500 meshes (0.044 mm to 0.0055 mm). Features of the ZYM80 Roller Mills include 21 rollers, ring diameters of ø 800 mm, and 3 integrated rings. They also showcase maximum feeding sizes of 20 mm, and motor power rates of 55 kW.
