Js-gx200 capping machine is a new generation of capping equipment designed and manufactured by our company for supporting powder and particle production lines and automatic capping process. Different from the previous batch capping machines, it overcomes the shortcomings of the batch capping machine, such as slow capping speed, loose capping and small applicable scope. In the design of this machine, new technologies such as linear bottle intake, automatic cap dropping and uninterrupted cap turning are adopted. When using the semi-automatic GX machine, the operator only needs to put the bottle cap on the bottle mouth. During the forward operation of the bottle, the bottle cap is automatically tightened by three sets of rotating wheels. GX can be easily upgraded to a complete automatic cap screwing machine by adding cover falling system. We have lifting and vibrating cover falling system, which can be selected according to actual needs. The whole machine uses Chinese interface touch screen, operation display is clear and easy to understand; the mode of "one cap roller corresponds to one motor" ensures that the equipment is stable and reliable, with consistent torque and convenient adjustment even under long-term fatigue working condition;
