The high temperature and high humidity air from the air compressor will do heat exchanges and cooling dehumidification with cold air at first which were come from pre-cooler and evaporator.Then,it will into the evaporator and do heat exchanges with refrigerant, the air temperature down to 2-10℃,separated by gas-water separator, a large number of condensate discharged to the machine, and get more dry air.
The air is discharged from the gas-water separator to the pre-cooler for heat exchange with the hot and humid air from the compressor, and the cooling is recovered while the temperature itself is also increased. The compressed air from the refrigeration unit enters the high efficiency oil remover for oil removal, and then into the adsorption dryer working tower for moisture adsorption to get ultra-low dew point of compressed air, finally, through after-filter into the air point directly. In the limited space, the cleanest compressed air is obtained with the least amount of air consumption.
