Description

The ISG series single-stage single-suction vertical pipeline centrifugal pump, is designed by our technician and domestic pump experts together, they using the excellent hydraulic model, and the IS type centrifugal pump performance parameters on the basis of general vertical pump to development this new centrifugal. According to different temperature and medium, basis on type of ISG we derived some pumps for hot water, high temperature, corrosive chemical fluid and oil. This series of products has advantages of high efficiency and energy saving, low noise, reliable in performance. It meets the latest JB/T53058-93 standard required by Chinese machinery industry. It is designed and manufactured according to international standard IS02858. ISG vertical pipeline centrifugal pump feature 1. Vertical structure, the diameter of inlet and the diameter of outlet are same, and on one center line. Can be installed in the road tube. Compact and beautiful shape, small cover area, low costs, and can be placed out door under the protection of shield. 2. The impeller is installed on the extension shaft of the motor.It is short in axial direction, with compact structure. Reasonable configuration of the pump and motor bearing. The radial or axial load generated by the pump when it is working can be effectively balanced to make it stable and noiseless, and to reduce its vibration. 3. The shaft seal uses mechanical seal or combination mechanical seal. Use imported Titanium alloy ring, medium high-temperature-resistant mechanical seal and hard alloy material and wear-resistant sealing which can effectively prolong the service life of mechanical seal.
