PSYN-400 Batch controller is a kind of intelligent control instrument adopting PLC technology of SIMENZ.It has features of highlight LCD display with back light, compact structure, high stability, temperature and pressure compensation, password protection and intelligent read-in & read-out IC Card. It works matching with flowmeter and valves to achieve auto-loading/unloading oil truck/tanker by control the pump or valve. It also can be matched with upper industrial computer to buildup auto loading/unloading control system, while the upper industry computer has the functions of monitor, control, report, query and print and so on. Main Technical Datum 1. Flow signal input: • Voltage pulse with Two/Three wire system: Range: DC12V~DC24V; • Signal Frequency:( 1~20k) Hz 2.Temperature signal input: •Temperature transmitter with Two/Three wire system and DC+24V, (4~20) mA, can set the temperature bound. 3.Pressure signal input: • Pressure transmitter with Two/Three wire system and DC+24V, (4~20) mA, can set the pressure bound. 4.Pump control signal output: • Dry contact control, passive and normally open single-contact control, passive and normally open double-contact control. 5. Valve control signal output: • Control valve: pneumatic or electric actuator, 4-20mA output control. • Electro-hydraulic valve: DC24V or AC220V on-off output control. • Pneumatic valve on both ends: DC24V or AC220V on-off output control, can set delay time. • Electric switch valve: DC24V or AC220V on-off output control, unadjustable. 6.
