Description

MGS-H01 is a step analog voltage output type magnetic navigation sensor for AGV. MGS-01 is composed of 15 bit original magnetic sensor elements, encoder and D/A converter. The step analog voltage (Deviation out) changes proportional to a relative position between MGS-H01 and a magnetic guide tape. MGS-H01 has a route selection function signal the step voltage changes according to the instruction signal. Gate signal (Gate out) indicating a controllable area is simultaneously output. The Magnetic guiding sensor MGS-H01 developed by Yuanben, has a special made magnetic position sensor used to find small magnetic field (a magneic path is installed in the floor), and to keep the AGV heading direction continuously under control. The magnetic guidance sensors give signal about the AGV position deviations as the AGV passed the magnetic path, provides an output voltage proportional to the rate of turn at its magnetic path centre axis. It is analogue sensor. The sensor can guide vehicles with the help of small magnetic field installed along the magnetic guide path, in the floor. the AGV magnetic guide path is normally 50mm width and 1.0~1.5 thickness, the cost to install such guide path is a fraction of the cost of other type guide wire installation. Magnetic guidance path can easily be installed in wood floors and other types of environment not well suited for guide wire installation.
