15T steel uncoiler machine is for loading the coils under capacity of 15T. It normally works for the metal deck roll fomers since the coils for deck profiles are bigger and sometimes will up to 15T. It is an automatic decoiler with coil car and pressing arm. The machine adopts with cantilever type structure. Including Machine frame, cantilever type extension, decoiler driving system (by motor), coil car, Hydraulic system, electric control system Etc, with the function of install and uninstall the coil. Use Loading and Unloading: The coil car is used to transport heavy coils from storage to the decoiler. It lifts the coil to the correct height and aligns it with the mandrel. Once the coil is in position, the mandrel expands to grip the inner diameter of the coil securely. Uncoiling: The decoiler rotates the mandrel to uncoil the material. The braking system ensures controlled uncoiling to prevent tangling or damage. The motor and drive system can be adjusted to match the speed requirements of the downstream processing equipment.
