The 8T upender provides an easy and efficient way to upend metal coils, molds, dies and other heavey and bulky loads. Coil upenders, sometimes called coil positioners, rotate steel, aluminum&non-ferrous coils and other loads through 90 degrees. They are used in a variety of production and maintenance applications. Operation Instruction Switch on the power supply. Turn on the power switch and the emergency stop button. Put the products to be reversed on the reverser. Using the operation button (positive/negative) key, the machine starts to work and the turntable is in operation. The button is loosened, the flip machine stops, the flip machine stops automatically when it turns to 90 degrees, and the work is finished. Remove the product after the reversal and operate in a circular way. Features The base is welded with profiles and steel plates and shot blasted. Beautiful appearance, stable structure and good impact resistance. The turntable mainly adopts high quality medium carbon steel plate, which is processed by coiling, welding and shot blasting. It has the characteristics of high strength and stable structure. Rotation of turntable is driven by deceleration motor with brake device and chain transmission pair, so as to realize positive and negative rotation, start smoothly and achieve the purpose of turning over.
