The Titan LCD Technology 3D Printing Kit for Photocuring Resins consists of a large-scale 3D printer, a wash and a curing apparatus. This kit is particularly suitable for professionals who need an additive manufacturing system capable of producing a high number of objects in each production cycle, or objects with significant volumes. In fact, the 3D printer included in the TITAN kit offers a large print volume of 33 cm x 18.5 cm x 30 cm, ideal for projects of various sizes, including prototypes, complex models and precision parts. This 3D printer is equipped with a high-resolution 8K monochrome LCD screen that offers resin polymerization speed and a printing precision of 25 microns. This resolution allows the printing of impeccable details. The printer uses LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) technology to digitally mask the ultraviolet light (405nm) projected from behind and convert liquid resins into solid objects. Multi-resin compatibility: also compatible with third-party resins. The TITAN WASH washing tank with an internal volume of 20 litres allows 3D prints to be cleaned of uncured resin through ultrasonic vibration. The TITAN CURE polymerization station with an internal volume of 30 cm x 30 cm x 60 cm, allows the final polymerization of printed objects thanks to UV lamps.
