The baskets are accumulated on a pressure less system before being pushed at 90 degrees down the feed leg to each line. The baskets are turned to the correct orientation before being accumulated, awaiting call off from the basket filler. Once the basket has been filled, our stack away system smoothly transfers stacks at 90 degrees using lift up rollers. They can be conveyed to the dispatch area to await delivery.
