Flanging and beading machine model SMM-2000 is especially designed for the flanging or the beading of metal drums / ferrules / tanks. It executes inner flanging / beading. Machine do all the working operations with only one positioning of piece. Ferrule is clamped directly on the spindle through an expansion tool which is provided with interchangeable segments that can be easily manufactured. Quick tool and segments change. Cycle programming is very fast and simple. Technical charateristics of the machine: - Spindle motor 18 kW with inverter. - Hydraulic ejector force 2900 kg, stroke 60 mm, for opening/closing expansion tool. - Inner flanging beading unit with proportional valves. - Touch-screen for programming. - Router for remote assistance. - Perimeter protection with height 2000 mm. - Safety light curtain in front side.
