Fully automatic labeler with label orientation and simultaneous lifting of bucket lids SA's CAROLUS series represents a groundbreaking advancement in bucket labeling technology. It is the first labeling system specifically developed for buckets and incorporates a proprietary precision orientation system. This system ensures that each label is consistently and precisely placed in the same position on every bucket. During the labeling process, the CAROLUS system automatically lifts the bucket handles, guaranteeing the perfect positioning of the label. The wrap-around labeling system features HERMA's (Germany) rotary labeling applicator model H400, which has been specially engineered for the CAROLUS series. This results in an exceptionally accurate, high-speed, environmentally sustainable, and low-maintenance machine.
