The semi-automatic conveyor feeding system is a specialized solution comprising an unpacking conveyor-table, where the operator unpacks sealed bundles of containers (canisters, bottles, or jerrycans), and an exit conveyor that seamlessly delivers them to the filling machine. This semi-automatic conveyor feeding system streamlines the process for the operator, facilitating the efficient transportation of containers from the initial point of the production line to the filling machine. The operator undertakes the following tasks: 1. Loads a bundle of containers onto the flat-surfaced table-conveyor. 2. Cuts and removes the protective outer packaging. 3. Corrects any containers that may tip over during the process. 4. Upon completing the unpacking, the operator activates the table’s conveyor. The machine then transfers the loaded bottles to the exit conveyor, running perpendicular, effectively transporting the containers to the filling machine. Adaptable for cleanroom environments, this conveyor system ensures the provision of containers at the required rate, aligning seamlessly with the demands of the filling machine.
