The GCAN-207 can realize bidirectional communication between RS232 or RS485 bus and CAN bus. It can make RS232 or RS485 devices connected to CAN bus or connect a host PLC/HMI Display into a CAN Bus network.
GCAN-207 has intergrated isolation module on each interface and DIN rail to install.

Functions
1. Transparent conversion
The GCAN-207 will convert the data to the other side immediately if GCAN-207 receives data without adding data or make changes to the data.
2. Transparent conversion with identify
Transparent conversion with identity will convert the data of Serial frame by adding an address into the CAN frame ID . The start position and length of the address can be configured.
3. Format conversion
The data format is defined in 13 bytes (both serial data and CAN data), which include all information about CAN frame.
