Description

DAQI® Sine Wave Filter are designed to provide a Sine Wave output voltage when driven from variable frequency drives or other types of PWM inverters with its switching frequencies from 2kHz to 8kHz. Sine wave filters reduce motor insulation stress and eliminate switching acoustic noise from the motor. The motor losses are reduced because the motor is fed with a sinusoidal voltage. Moreover, the filter eliminates the pulse reflections in the motor cable thus reducing the losses in the frequency converter. Converts the rectangular PWM output voltage of motor drives into a smoothsine wave with low residual ripple. Elimination of premature motor damage caused by high dv/dt, over-voltages, cable ringing and motor overheating. Improves bearing life time because of bearing currents caused by circulatingcurrents. Complies with IEC 60034-17* requirements for general purpose motors. Optional with IP20 protective cover. Thdu : ≤5% | Temperature rising : 45K-55K
