Description

G6000 controls UV curing lamps up to 50 kW and is continuously variable between 10-100%. This fully electronic UV power supply has several advantages which result in longer UV lamp life time, cost saving and UV stability over long term operation. This electronic ballast are designed to drive all types of uv lamps for a variety of industries, e.g. printing, PCB production and any application which uses UV lamps from 1,000 to 50,000W nominal power. Stepless and quick adjusting of uv-lamp power according to the speed of a printing machine; • 3-phase symmetric mains connection, including missing phase detection • constant wattage uv-lamp output according to power settings • controlled by DC 0-10V/ 4-20mA, analogue / digital I/O or Modbus •output is protected against overload and short circuits etc • easy to install and less wiring needed • no extern igniter needed • less heavy and in many cases smaller than a conventional power supply • intern robust cooling system, electrically internal supplied • CE certificated The devices are exclusively made of high-quality materials and components manufactured in Europe, Japan and USA.
