C rate is a unit to declare discharging or charging current value.
It can be calculated by the following formula:
C rate (C) = Charging or Discharging Current (A) / Battery capacity (Ah)
Also, expected work time of battery can be calculated as below:
Work hour of battery = Battery capacity (Ah) / Discharging current (A)
Normally, 1C is known as a one hour discharging; 2C means 30 minutes discharging.
For example, for a 1000mAh capacity battery, it can be different C rates via different design.

Sure, normally, we can provide 3~5pcs samples to clients to test, it takes around 15~20 days to produce the hand-made battery samples if no molds in stock.
Does Motoma produce lipo battery with higher than 5C rate?
Sorry, we don’t’ as we produce the lithium polymer battery via winding process; for the lipo battery higher than 5C rate, normally, they are produced via lamination process; we are different kinds of lipo battery factories.
