Description

Hydraulic Equipment includes Engineering Hydraulic Cylinder, Hydraulic Cylinder for metallurgical equipment, Hydraulic Cylinder For Industry and Thin Hydraulic Cylinder, etc. DGR-CD250 series used in the metallurgical equipment is a double acting hydraulic cylinder, with a cylinder diameter generally ranging from 40 to 320mm and a working pressure of 25MPA. Its installation methods include: A. Cylinder bottom sliding bearing; B. Cylinder bottom ball hinge bearing; C. Cylinder head flange; D. Cylinder bottom flange; E. Middle trunnion; F. Various types such as base installation. The installation of connected dimensions shall comply with the provisions of IS06021/1-1981. The piston rod end thread also complies with the provisions of GB2350-80. Suitable for metallurgical equipment with a working temperature of-40-120℃ and a working medium of hydraulic oil and emulsion. Metallurgical hydraulic cylinders are devices used in metallurgical applications to provide controlled force and movement. They are typically made of strong and durable materials such as steel or cast iron to withstand the high pressures and harsh conditions present in metallurgical processes. These cylinders work by using hydraulic fluid to generate force. When the fluid is pressurized, it pushes against a piston inside the cylinder, causing it to move and exert force on the load. The movement and force can be controlled and adjusted by regulating the amount of hydraulic fluid entering or exiting the cylinder. Metallurgical hydraulic cylinders are commonly used in various metallurgical processes, such as metal forging, rolling, extrusion, and casting.
