Description

Optimize harmonic performance Advanced Harmonic Filter PHF 005/010 is a cost-effective total solution. Compared to traditional harmonic trap filters PHF offers a smaller foot print and higher harmonic reduction. The solution is available in two variants, PHF 005 and PHF 010. When connected in front of a Danfoss VLT® drive, the harmonic current distortion generated back to the mains is reduced to 5% and 10% Total Harmonic Current Distortion at full load. (System requirements: THVD 0.98 True Power Factor 0.85 @ 50% load 0.99 @ 100% load Ambient Temperature:-13º~113º F (-25º~45ºC) without derating Features and benefits Designed for matched performance with Danfoss VLT® Series drives User-friendly startup; no adjustment necessary Requires no routine maintenance Protects multiple drives with one filter Designed to address the current distortion limit guidelines of: IEEE 519 EN 61000-2-4 EN 61000-2-2 IEC/EN 61000-3-2 IEC/EN 61000-3-12 IEC/EN 61000-3-4 PHF 010 has THiD < 10%; equal or superior performance and cost competitive compared to 12-pulse rectifiers PHF 005 has THiD < 5%; equal or superior performance and cost competitive compared to 18-pulse rectifiers
