A via is an electrical connection between different layers on the printed circuit board. There are three types of vias:
Through-hole Via: Passes through all layers of the board.
Blind Via: Connects an outer layer to an inner layer without making a hole on the opposite side.
Buried Via: Connects two or more inner layers and is not visible from the outside.
