Swiss Turning is synonymous with the manufacture of tiny precision parts. For small, diameter<1.00mm , slender shaft parts, no other cutting process is better than Swiss Turning. Its special clamping principle allows the tool to always fit the clamping guide and the part will not be deformed by the cutting force.
The modern Swiss Turning with its dual spindles, support for axial face and warp surface and geometry milling, and over 30x tool capacity, has become a major production machine for tiny precision parts with high accuracy and cost efficiency, making parts lighter, more compact and more efficient.
Swiss Turning part dimensional inspection cannot be performed in full size using 3DCMM. Xavier provides 2DCMM, optical projector, and 3D scanning digital model comparison to provide reliable and stable quality assurance.
Processing capability:
Diameter0.2~20.0mm, maximum length 240mm
Dimensional tolerance:
Linear dimension0.003mm, Geometric Tolerance 0.005mm
surface treatment:Oxidation/gold plating/plating/electrolytic polishing/passivation/grinding
Xavier provides external access ID of the cloud system, real-time dynamic order query, viewing & downloading of material certificate/FAI/full-scale inspection/surface treatment/3D scanning digital model and other reports, and the "assistant module" timing reminder makes ordering simple and efficient.
Higher tolerances require parts manufacturing, covering linearity, shape, fit and other tolerances, which are used for your evaluation of dimensional control capabilities and as a reference for early design manufacturability.
