In order to better serve the machining customers involved in the die casting process, Xavier took control of the die casting raw material supplier it has cooperated with for more than 5 years in 2018, and increased capital to expand the die casting capacity.
There are 9 cold chamber horizontal die casting machines from 80 tons to 800 tons. Liquid aluminum smelting adopts the mode of concentrated aluminum melting in the reflection melting furnace and heat preservation by adding material at the side of the machine to supply high quality liquid alloy aluminum for die casting production. At the same time, equipped with mold processing equipment, can manufacture high-precision die casting molds according to customer requirements, and for customers to produce various specifications of precision aluminum alloy die casting products, equipped with CNC machining center, CNC lathe according to customer requirements for precision processing of castings, has formed an annual output of 3,000 tons of aluminum alloy die casting production capacity.
