Description
The UF, manufactured by Shimadzu, is an amino acid analysis solution that is capable of analyzing 38 amino acid components in nine minutes. It features an incorporation of a fast analysis column and LC/MS which enables faster analysis times compared to conventional techniques. It is ideal for the analysis of food products, such as meat and fermented foods containing many impurity components, and for the biochemical analysis of culture fluid.
