Product introduction:
According to the cooling type of motors, oil or water is used as coolant.
Oil coolant type which uses oil of automatic transmission tank(Dexron-lll, Dexron-VI, Mercon V, Mercon VI, ZF) as circulation medium for testing oil-cooled drive motors directly pumps cooled oil of automatic transmission tank into the motors so that it achieves the cooling of motors. The way has a good cooling effect and high temperature control accuracy and it will not submerge motor air gap.
Water coolant type uses demonized water or ethylene glycol solution as circulation medium for testing water-cooled drive motors according to motor testing demands. It pumps cooling medium into cooling water jackets or water pipes of motors to achieve the temperature control of motors.
Function:
Wide temperature control range: -40 ~ 120 ℃, 0.1 ℃ for minimum temperature flunctuation.
Accurate flow control: variable frequency drive flow control, arbitrary setting of flow output, 0.2 L/min for minimum flunctuation.
Direct cooling technology, compressor takes part in temperature control in the whole circulation, heating and cooling together.
Avoid leakage of coolant under high temperature by using silicon carbide for circulation pump and by using graphite sealing material for pipeline.
Multi-point temperature monitor in the circulation cycle.
Precise pressure gauge is used for the real-time feedback.
Equipped with equal-square valve to test the cooling channel inner resistance of motors.
