Deep hole welding heat exchanger is used for large temperature difference, fatigue load and stress corrosion. Tube to tubesheet connection is deep hole butt welding.
The connection form of heat exchanger tube and tube sheet is different from the end welding of conventional heat exchanger. Deep hole welding is mainly used to form butt welding joint, which makes the heat exchanger play a better performance in stress and crevice corrosion problems. Based on this, this paper focuses on the quality problems of heat exchange tube burn through, welding gun cooling water leakage, welding gun arcing and so on in the welding process of deep hole welding joint of heat combined heat exchanger The deep hole welding technology and process performance of heat combined heat exchanger are controlled by setting welding zones and other angles. The results show that: through reasonable process means and quality control requirements, the full-automatic GTAW welding of deep hole tubesheet of heat combined heat exchanger can be realized. The appearance, penetration and leakage inspection results show that the weld quality of deep hole welded joint of heat combined heat exchanger is qualified and meets the requirements of equipment use.
