The new FS3000 series mass flow sensors are built with the company's Thermal-D sensing chip, and are particularly designed for automation process control. It has the lowest pressure loss for the market products, while having high accuracy. The series covers a full scale flow from 500 sccm to 1500SLPM. FS3000 series mass flow sensors are designed with Siargo’s D-Thermal mass flow sensing technology for automation and process control applications. It can be readily applied for air / compressed air, oxygen, nitrogen, argon, and carbon dioxide without changing settings, and other dry and clean gases can also be measured. The connector can be adjusted for one-touch, compressed fitting, and others for automation control applications. FS4308 series can measure a mass flow of up to 1000 SLPM. The standard electrical switching options are also incorporated, and the products are fully RoHS and REACH compatible.
